Good service.

At night, the employees gathered at reception, chatting and laughing loudly. It really disturbed guests trying to rest, when staff should be keeping things comfortable instead of making a commotion. The service was very poor, and their joking around was extremely annoying. For a Qinara standard room, there weren't even toiletries or a welcome drink. A hotel like this, with a decent standard room rate, falls far short of a hotel priced at 150 that can offer a welcome drink. If I could give half a star, I definitely would.

I was already disappointed by the dirty bed and blanket, musty room, and dull, dirty towels. The bathroom had no soap or toothbrush, and water kept leaking in the small shower. The service was bad too, the female receptionist was rude and unfriendly. I don't smoke, but they accused me of smoking in the room and didn't return my deposit. People's voices from outside were very disturbing, and the slow, broken-down elevator seemed ready to fail. I booked and paid for a single-bedroom room, then was told it was no longer available and given a small, cramped double-bedroom room because it was late. They said the order was finished after I'd paid. I agreed because it was already late at night and I had no choice but to stay; I couldn't go find another hotel then. It's a very bad, messy hotel. I hope it goes bankrupt if this is how you treat people. Don't check in here, you'll regret it for the rest of your life. Lots of bad games, maybe half of those who did will definitely not want to stay here again.

WARNING TO OTHERS To the housekeepers and receptionists on duty from 4-6 PM on October 19, 2025: stop playing your broken soap dispenser trap. I knew something was going on because there was much less soap than when I left. The housekeeper said she found broken pieces of the liquid soap dispenser on the floor, but in the photo evidence there was soap stuck to the pieces. Strange? Very strange. When I asked her to explain what the evidence showed, her hands trembled, as if something was being hidden. What was she hiding?
