As an Australian citizen, I’m really grateful I could stay here. The staff have such kind hearts and were amazing. My room was very clean, and I strongly recommend the place.

The staff are still so friendly and helpful. They always make me feel welcome, and that’s one reason this remains in my top five places to stay whenever I visit Medan. It’s still affordable and right in the city center, but it needs a lot of maintenance now. Some rooms have torn wallpaper, the AC doesn’t cool enough, the shower holder is broken, and the drain can clog. Sometimes the water also takes a long time to heat up. It used to be a very good, affordable stay in a new building.

Clean, cheap, and right in central Medan. I love it, and highly recommend it if that’s what you’re after.

I stayed here for five nights with my wife. Bring your own fresh water, because you won’t find any here.
