Coming from out of town, I was really disappointed. I booked through Agoda on December 31, 2020, got confirmation, and paid at the property by debit card, but when I arrived the receptionist said there were no rooms left. She said they were giving rooms to people who arrived early. After the trouble of booking in the app, I was left wondering whether I'd booked a hotel room or a parking spot. Then I got an email saying my debit card would be charged for the hotel. The hotel should have better trained staff and should put customers ahead of just taking incoming money.
