The rooms were so dirty and the air was awful. I couldn’t sleep there.

The room was in poor shape. The AC leaked, the bath towel was bad, and the bed cover wasn’t clean or tidy. There was nowhere to hang clothes, and all the items were in poor condition.

At around 1-2 AM on Sunday, the receptionist tried to sell us a room directly at a high rate and said the apps weren’t working when we tried to book through one. Trying to stop customers from booking through apps is bad for your business.

The place was clean, and the cleaner did a good job. I liked it.
