The WiFi was awful, and there was basically no cellular reception. The aircon didn’t cool the room, the sheets and pillows were stained, and the room equipment was below the bare minimum. Don’t count on the complimentary breakfast. Someone smoking in another room meant good luck with your own room, and the shower head had black stuff all over it 🤮. Avoid at all costs.

We booked because free airport shuttle and breakfast were advertised. I messaged them on Agoda to ask about the shuttle and got no reply. At reception, we were told the last ride to the airport was at 11am, something I hadn’t seen mentioned when booking. Our flight was later, so we had to take a taxi. There’s also a 5k fee every time a car enters the area, so ordering food or a taxi means paying it each time. The breakfast wasn’t very good, just noodles, chicken, and boiled eggs. The air con never got cold, and the staff weren’t very friendly.

Cheers, crew! We had a different experience from the negative reviews below. The room was clean, we slept like a brick, and the shower was hot. The food was amazing, and the staff were helpful.

They did offer us another room, but we didn’t take it because we thought it might be better. Our room wasn’t really cleaned, just the bed made, and there was a dead cockroach on the floor. I watched them come in to “clean” and saw them swipe around, but it was still so dirty. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well either, and the hallway was covered in hair and dust.
