The room felt more like a boarding house than a hotel, and the building is very old and shabby. I wish the owner would rebuild it in a more modern style and improve the facilities, including breakfast, which should look more appetizing. The bathroom smelled bad, there was no hot water, and they didn't leave drinking water in the room. I was so disappointed that I had to buy cereal for breakfast at another shop. The air conditioner was also very noisy and leaked water. I asked the staff to replace it, but the new one was just as loud. This was far worse than I expected.

The entrance is easy to miss when you're driving by, since it doesn't really look like a hotel entrance. Our room was small, and being right on the main road meant we could hear cars and motorbikes passing after midnight because the room wasn't soundproof. Still, it was clean, and the staff were fairly friendly.

Booked two rooms, and one had neither a trash bin nor towels. The air conditioning barely worked in both rooms, there was an unpleasant smell, and the shower was broken. I've never given a one-star rating before, but this time it feels right. There are plenty of better places for the same price, maybe even less. Very disappointing, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I was glad to see the alarming Agoda reviews before making the trip, and decided not to come. The listing has high ratings, but they don't respond to messages on Agoda and have a strict no-cancellation policy. It looks like an abandoned hotel, nowhere near a resort. As a tourist, getting around the Puncak area is already so hard, and I had to fight to get my money back. Of all the developing countries I've visited in Southeast Asia, this kind of fake listing and terrible accommodation standard makes this the worst country to live in.

The room was small, with a portable air conditioner instead of a regular one. The toilet sink was broken, the Wi-Fi didn't reach the room, and there was no complimentary mineral water.
