Lovely sunsets and heavenly views 😍. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and the food good. Love this place.

The sunsets were amazing, and the food at mirage pool was good. The menu was small but had some variety. It's close enough to some amazing beaches for day trips.

The staff were awesome, happy and helpful, and went well beyond what was expected. We loved staying here, and it's a beautiful place to rest and switch off. The building itself, though, needs better care. I felt sad seeing such a lovely spot and fantastic staff let down by the condition of the premises. I hope someone comes to survey it. Basic fixes like locks, painting and repairs are needed. There's only one chair on the patio and no table, which isn't practical when the room generally has two people. We were disappointed at first by the bathroom cleanliness and general upkeep when we arrived late. The cleaning issue was addressed the next morning, and they did a very good job. The property's lack of upkeep is harder to resolve since it isn't privately owned. The rooms are basic.

The restaurant was a real plus, with good food at reasonable prices in an area without many other dining choices. We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. The cottage grounds had spectacular views, especially the sunsets along the southern Lombok coast. The rooms, pool and hotel all look out over the sea and coastline. The bed was very comfortable, the AC ran cold, and the bathroom was nice with steady warm water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Getting to the cottage means riding up a steep, gravelly hill on a scooter, but it's manageable if you're careful and reasonably comfortable riding.
