Camaradvipa Retreat Munduk

Fresh mountain air reaches every corner, and the sunsets are breathtaking. It’s a peaceful little haven where you can rest, clear your head, and nourish your mind.

Kamara Differ was a real highlight in Munduk. It has a stylish, laid-back feel that made it easy to unwind. The views are stunning, the food was delicious, the coffee excellent, and the staff incredibly friendly. Highly recommend it!

We got caught in heavy rain and strong winds during an unusual spell of weather, and the staff did everything they could to keep us comfortable. They were kind and attentive throughout, and the accommodations were spacious and nice. It’s a great place to slow down and enjoy nature. The restaurant serves Balinese food. There’s also a small local shop close to the road where you can buy fruit and everyday items. About five minutes away is The botanique, an amazing restaurant with a delicious variety of food for any meal. The retreat is connected to the Samye Hermitage, and the places are linked in support of expanding consciousness, living, and peace. I highly recommend this place.

The balcony offers a picturesque sunrise and looks out over hills and rolling clouds. It’s a tucked-away, peaceful spot that’s ideal for winding down after a long day of hiking and cliff jumping at the many nearby waterfalls. The downstairs living room was a nice extra, with lots of seating, though I hardly used it 😂. The staff were polite and helpful. The road in was rough, but the place was absolutely worth it.
