Elevate Bali Hotel

We loved the views from our Panoramic Villa at Elevate Bali, especially at night under the stars. The jacuzzi was a real highlight in the cool weather, and the staff adjusted the temperature to suit us. Everyone was helpful and attentive, and the shuttle to the lake was a fantastic addition. Dinner was the one weak spot for us. The same dishes seemed to come out differently from one day to the next. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and we'd recommend Elevate Bali. Dea was especially attentive and professional. I'd also recommend booking through the hotel's website.

Every staff member greeted my wife and me by name whenever we saw them, which made this one of our most personal travel experiences. Pandi drove us, Wawan taught our yoga class, Dia was a wonderful server, and Coman Ari greeted us with a smile each day. We can't wait to return. This is what world-class hospitality feels like! 🙏

We came to Bali for the first time and chose this hotel to get away from the city and relax with my girlfriend. It took quite a while to get here, but the trip was worth it. Our room came as a lovely surprise, with stunning views, and the service felt warm and thoughtful. SURYAWAN tidied our room each morning and evening, and he did a wonderful job. I'd recommend this peaceful place to anyone wanting to unwind after a few days by the sea.

Mr. AG went all the way into town, some distance away, to get a replacement mouse when mine stopped working during urgent official work I needed to finish on holiday. That thoughtful help says a lot about how much the team cares about guests' comfort and peace of mind. The staff were warm, helpful and attentive throughout, and though we can't recall every name, every person we met showed real care, professionalism and hospitality. Special thanks to the reception team, Mr. AG, Mr. Putu, Mr. Ari, Ms Putri and Ms. Dila. The meals from the kitchen were delicious, and the spa treatments were relaxing and rejuvenating. The property's location, atmosphere, tranquility and natural beauty were breathtaking, with luxury and nature blending beautifully. We had a wonderful stay at Elevate Munduk, one we'll remember long after leaving, and we're already hoping to return. Thank you, Elevate Munduk, for making it so special.
