Munduk V View House

Fresh mountain air, a beautiful cabin, and a view I won't forget. This place is a real hidden gem if you want peace, inspiration, or a break from everyday noise. From the cabin, there's a majestic V-shaped mountain right in front. In the morning, mist drifts around the peaks and makes the scene look like a painting. Later, the sunset slips between the slopes and leaves a golden glow over the landscape. The wood gives the cabin a natural warmth and a cozy, homely feel, while the design still feels special and thoughtfully done.

We had a wonderful stay, with a breathtaking view and staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was easy to communicate by WhatsApp. We wanted to go to Lovina to see dolphins, and the staff at Munduk V View House arranged the trip perfectly. I'd recommend this place without hesitation, 10/10.

A forest house with an incredibly beautiful view made for a wonderful stay. It's a great place to sit back, look into the distance, and think about the big things. The staff were incredibly friendly, the grounds were very clean and planted with flowers, and the interior was comfortable and quite stylish for this area.

I flew to Bali specifically to stay here, so this was a huge disappointment. I booked on the hotel's website in February 2025 for August 2025, but arrived at 11pm to be told it was completely full. It only has 2 rooms, so they couldn't fit me in. I was travelling alone, and the place was very hard to find, which left me worried I'd be stranded. The concierge representative didn't know what to do. After a long discussion by phone, the manager finally agreed to arrange a room at a nearby hotel. I appreciated that, but it was the least he could have done after the booking mix-up. I still don't understand how it happened when I had an email confirmation directly from the hotel website. I'm also unsure whether that website is maintained, even though it still appears on Google maps. Before I came, I tried calling the number on the site, but it was invalid. The manager, Korry, said he wanted to meet the next day to discuss the accommodation, but never did, even after I called and messaged. I was ignored. The apartment seemed to have nice reviews here, but management was sorely unreliable and disappointing. I think a hotel's rating should reflect not just a clean, safe apartment, but reliable management that takes responsibility and keeps its word. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I'm pretty sure there are better accommodations in Munduk. :)
