This resort became a memorable part of our July 2025 trip to Bromo, and I still can't move on from it 🤧. It's a beautiful place, with helpful staff and a spot where you can watch the sunrise. I don't know when we'll return or take another Bromo trip, but I highly recommend staying here!
10/10
The room was cozy and the bed soft, and the view from the balcony and other parts of the hotel was magnificent. The staff gave great service, and the room price was decent.
8/10
The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. The hot shower is a hassle, though, since we have to keep asking staff to adjust the hot water each time we shower. We also had to pay 3,000 for hot drinking water, which should be available for guests, and a soft drink with ice costs another 5,000 per cup. Unbelievable! 🤣
4/10
Water from the bathroom sink leaked across the floor, leaving it all wet. There wasn’t a wardrobe in the room either.
4/10
The view is a different story, but the room itself felt damp: the sofa was soaked, and the bed and walls were a little wet too. The hot water and TV kept switching on and off by themselves. The owner was pleasant to talk to, but didn’t seem to do anything about the room’s condition.
