ADARA Beach Huts

I booked two nights but cancelled them right away because the service and communication were so poor. Staff were rude. There isn't a beach, only the sea, and the pool is beside a busy road. Another guest warned me too, saying the service was terrible and she was glad to be leaving. If you're in a first-floor room, you can hear literally everything from upstairs.

The pool was nice, but the rooms weren't. The towels were dirty and weren't replaced the next day, and they left less than half a roll of toilet paper with no more provided. Breakfast was a very small portion. I don't recommend this place.

The design is lovely, and the location is very convenient, but there's more to like than that. Our spacious rooms were clean, tidy, and set up in a minimalist style. Every room faces the ocean, as does the nice pool. Small details showed care, from drinking water to flower blossoms all around. The Adara Beach Hut Team were extremely friendly and helpful, juggling check-in and check-out, cleaning, cooking, and serving meals. I'll definitely be back. It was so worth it, thanks a lot.

The staff were so helpful, friendly, and resourceful, and the stay was really comfortable. The rooms felt more like a 2-3 star hotel, but for the price I can't complain much. It's between west and east Nusa Penida, which worked well for visiting both sides of the island.
