The bungalows are clean, well kept, and well above the usual standard in Indonesia. The host was very kind and helped with everything, from a port shuttle and motorbike rental to advice about Nusa Penida beaches. The location is central for reaching different parts of the coast, but it’s isolated enough that you need wheels, and passing traffic can sometimes be noisy since the bungalows are near the street. There aren’t any cafes nearby, so breakfast being available would be appreciated.

The owner was really kind and helpful, and served breakfast whenever we wanted. There were four choices. We could refill our water bottles and use a fridge, too. The bungalow was comfortable, quiet, and felt like paradise away from the noise. A scooter made getting anywhere easy, with places about 20-30-40 minutes away. The shower had hot water and good pressure. Highly recommend, and thanks again!

It’s a quiet spot in the middle of the island, and the people looking after the bungalows are very friendly. The included breakfast was excellent, and there’s free drinking water at reception. The bungalows are cosy and fully equipped. Getting around by scooter is quick from here, and I’d recommend it for either a short or long stay.

The owner, who manages the place, is incredibly friendly and happy to recommend spots or help with anything you need. It’s a peaceful place to sleep, and the bungalows are clean, with hot water, AC, internet, and free water at reception. From these Bougainvillea bungalows, you can reach the famous destinations around Nusa Penida in about a 30-minute scooter ride. I highly recommend staying here.

After spending two months in Bali, I can say this is easily the best accommodation I’ve found there. The service was amazing, with breakfast every morning, great AC, hot water, and a very comfortable bed. It was also quiet, away from the noise, and there were no loud chickens. I’m so happy with my stay. When I come back to nusa, I’ll stay here the whole time.
