The sink and bath water comes from the sea, so it’s salty. Brushing our teeth and bathing with it was unpleasant. The place is also far from good beaches, towels weren’t changed, and the service was lacking. I wouldn’t spend money here.

The person in charge was super nice, and the pool is incredible, with a pleasant place to sit facing the sea. The bed was honestly the best I had in Bali during a month there.

The rooms smelled bad and were dirty, with cockroaches and bedbugs. The toilet stank, the water was too salty, and the supply would stop every half hour, so we had to complain repeatedly. The place also didn’t look like the pictures. In the evenings the owner or manager would go home, leaving no one at the hotel to help with problems at night. It was the most unpleasant stay of my life. I’d give it less than one star if I could. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The staff are only there until 9 pm. The door handles were rusty, the water heater didn’t work properly, and the salty water supply was delayed.
