Mambo Beach Resort

The cozy, relaxing atmosphere made Mambo Hotel a pleasant place to stay. The lounge, terrace, and dining area were all clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the property. The location was also convenient for nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone after an easy, comfortable visit.

The beautiful beach view was one of the best parts of my stay at Mambo Beach Resort. It’s peaceful and lovely to look at, a great setting to relax in. The resort was very clean and well cared for, and the kind, helpful staff made the atmosphere feel welcoming. A wonderful spot if you want a seaside stay with good hospitality.

I stayed four nights and would definitely come back. As a woman traveling solo, I felt very safe. For the price, it’s good value, and getting there was easy: a taxi from the port cost IDR150k, and the front desk arranged a return taxi for 100k. Restaurant meals can be charged to the room and paid at checkout. My ground-floor room made it easy to reach the dive centre, and the balcony opened right onto the pool. The room was large and cleaned daily, with cold air conditioning, a hot shower, TV, fridge, and drying racks for swimwear. There was even a little amenities bag, which surprised me, and the provided ear plugs came in handy. Breakfast is served at the restaurant and the food was great. On weekends there’s live singing, plus music from a nearby restaurant. It didn’t bother me since I was tired from diving.

We especially loved the direct view of Mount Agung right in front of the hotel. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, and the food was delicious too. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive while still giving us plenty of privacy. A highly recommended choice for a relaxing seaside stay in Nusa Penida.
