I wanted somewhere quiet and remote, and this was exactly what I was looking for. There were no crowds or traffic, just silence, beautiful sunsets, and a few small Warungs nearby. The room was spacious and nice, and they cleaned it every day. Manta Point is a 10-minute scooter ride away. You’ll need a scooter to get around, though they also offer car drop-off and pickup. I loved it!

I chose Nusa Penida Pini Sentana partly because of the pool, so finding out on arrival that it would be closed for my whole stay was a real letdown. No one had told us beforehand. The breakfast was ordinary, and communication was hard because only a few staff spoke English. After discussing it over WhatsApp, we canceled the booking and got a full refund. Since it was canceled, I couldn’t leave a review on Booking.com.

Quiet, lovely sunsets, and hardly any traffic or tourism. That’s exactly the kind of place I wanted. There are a few small Warungs nearby, though it’s quite remote. The room was spacious and nice, and it was cleaned every day. Manta Point is about a 10-minute scooter ride away. I spent two hours watching a group of 18 mantas. Such a beautiful sight.

The room’s calm, impressive interior and the view were my favorite things about Pini Sentana. I loved it here and would happily come back. Definitely recommend staying.

We booked the private pool villa and had a magical country-style getaway. The food was amazing, and both the staff and owner were great. A must-see!
