The AC was cold, the toilet flushed, the view was actually nice, and the place was close to a beach. But there are quite a few things to fix. The room wasn’t very good, the pillow wasn’t comfy, the bed was old and noisy, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The shower wasn’t powerful enough, and there was no hot or warm water for a morning shower. Service wasn’t very good either. Please wash the bed cover properly, get the TV working so we can watch shows, replace the remote batteries, and clean the balcony. I hope you can improve these things.
