The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Melisa. They arranged laundry for our clothes and packed an early breakfast for the day we climbed Singgalang. The rooms are large, the beds are good, and the AC works well. This is a fantastic hotel, one of the two best options in town, with food and service I’d rate four stars. I can’t think of anything better here.

We spent four nights here, and it was the best hotel in town. The location is good, with local food that’s easy to find and nice to eat. Our room was spacious and clean, even if the hotel is only three stars or less.

This is a Muslim-concept hotel in Padang Panjang, with a beautiful mountain view and plenty of parking. The hotel was clean and the service was great. The rules felt very strict, though, as the receptionist asked why we were staying and requested proof of marriage.

The first time wasn’t that good, but on my second visit the food was great and the deluxe room was really comfortable. Thank you.
