It's right in the city center, and there are plenty of breakfast places in front of Rakyatt. The accommodation was comfortable, though the stairs up to my third-floor room were quite steep. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast yet.

For 300-400 Rupiah, it feels quite expensive. There's no breakfast or hot drinking water in the room, and the bathroom isn't very comfortable.
