KHAN House is new, with reasonable rates and helpful staff. They carried our luggage and even brought our GoFood order to the room without being asked. One downside was that there were no basic toiletries during our stay, such as soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, or toothpaste. Parking is limited too, maybe only enough for 2-3 cars, which makes sense in a housing complex. The room was comfortable for two, though not especially spacious. It had a smart TV and cool air conditioning, which was welcome in Padang's heat, but no water heater or smart lock. The door uses a regular key, and there's no card for turning on the electricity. You can stream YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, TikTok, and videos on the TV by logging into your account. And the mattress was so comfortable, I took a picture of the brand so I could buy the same one. Since it's sharia-compliant, you'll need to show a marriage certificate and ID cards at check-in. For a budget stay in Padang, KHAN House is a good choice. I hope they keep the price as it is, since what the rooms offer matches the cost. I've seen worse places charge more.

The new building and fresh interior made for a really comfortable stay. Rates are affordable and flexible, and the room had air conditioning, a soft mattress, a clean bathroom with a water heater, and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is handy for getting around. RECOMMENDED!

The rooms are nicely styled and well cared for, and the place feels worth the price. The air conditioning was cold, the water clean, and the comfort was excellent. Parking felt secure too. I'd give it 10/10 for cleanliness and comfort.

I stayed on the ground floor, and the drain pipe from the upstairs bedroom was a real disturbance. It runs above the bathroom without a cover, so the noise carries clearly into the bedroom.

The room was nice and affordable, with cold air conditioning, clean water, a clean bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi. There was no breakfast or Qibla direction, though. Still, a very good stay.
