Good.
2/10
There was no privacy in the room. The divider to the next room was plywood, full of holes, so this place doesn't work for families. The mattress sounded broken, the TV didn't work, and the AC barely cooled the room. The bathroom looked unclean, with soap left behind by previous guests. There was a small pillow that smelled strongly of dirt. The room itself was ugly and smelled of cigarettes. Not good at all!!!!!!!!!!!!
4/10
Rain was coming through as drips down the walls, and the bathroom had a pee smell even though it was clean.

It's an affordable place that's worth the price, near the beach and places to eat.
