On later trips, I specifically asked them to choose my temporary accommodation for me. The helpful, friendly staff, a quiet atmosphere despite being in the city center, and facilities like the gym and swimming pool all suited my busy schedule and need to exercise. Breakfast also had plenty of variety, including local and international dishes. This was my third business visit to Palangkaraya. I first picked Best Western Batang Garing mainly because it was close to my work, and I'll likely choose it again on my next business trip.

The view from the windows was awful, and the room wasn't very comfortable overall. The pillow was big and hard, the shower had low water pressure, the bathroom door was broken, and the mattress material was poor. I could also hear an AC machine from another room all night. I'd choose this hotel for a short stay, not a long one.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the staff were warm and friendly. Fadil, who cleaned my room, was especially nice.

The food was very good, and the location is great, close to the city center. Staff are really friendly too. Recommended for a business trip or a holiday.

The room felt a little suffocating while I was staying there. Apart from that, it was good.
