This was my worst experience with an OYO standard hotel. There's no Wi-Fi or mirror, and the bathroom door handle is broken. Wi-Fi only works in the lobby. Is it meant for CS rather than guests? 🤣 Really terrible. Better get rid of it.

The atmosphere felt eerie and too quiet, and I wouldn't bring children here. I had my baby with me, and the smell in the room was awful. In the end, four young children came looking for a place to stay. I told them they could share one room, then went to find somewhere else that night because I had a child with me. I was very disappointed. We checked into three rooms, one downstairs and two on the third floor. I disliked the service right from the start because the cashier was disrespectful to guests. The place and facilities were a letdown too: the rooms and sheets were dirty and smelly, the floor was dirty with lots of sand, and the toilet smelled even though it was fairly clean. There was a TV, but it didn't work. The lighting wasn't dim.
