The hotel itself is nice, but the service was disappointing. My room's hot shower wasn't working, and there was no technician available after 5pm to fix it. They only apologized and offered no solution, not even a move to a room with hot water. 😔

The staff made this stay at Rungan Sari Meeting Center, they were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to help. The rooms were comfortable too, and the location was beautiful. I'd happily recommend it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

That grilled fish was superb, I loved it. The other dishes were just okay, nothing special, but the pool was clean and nice. It's a peaceful place with a jogging track, and a good choice if you're after quiet, some time alone, a personal retreat, or a break from the city. The grounds seem well kept, and the service was awesome.

A nice place to stay if you're visiting the Borneo Orang Utan Foundation Conservation Nyaura Menteng. There was a lot of construction and renovation going on, though, and the pool wasn't usable when I visited in June 2024.
