The room itself was nice, but the service was really poor. I booked two rooms online and was told at check-in that only one was left. I did end up getting both rooms, then suggested to the receptionist that they fix the system since the rooms are nice. They wouldn't listen, but it's their business, so that's up to them.

Jeraaaaaa... this is really crazy. I'm not staying at AVA Palangkaraya hotel again. It's dirty, there was no water and the toilet had none to flush with, the AC was hot, and the service was really bad. You'll regret staying here.

The room hadn't been cleaned, and the sheets and pillowcases hadn't been changed. There was hair on the bed, dusty dirty shelves, and an unswept floor. They didn't provide any amenities either. It's also a bit dirty and far from the city center.

The room was awful, dirty and smelly, with unchanged sheets and lights that didn't work. The stairs on the second floor looked like they might collapse. The whole place felt like a test of courage: the lobby smelled dirty, there was no receptionist, and we were told to wait and then find our own keys. The parking area was overgrown, with three motorcycles and three cars there, but the building was deserted and nobody seemed to be staying. There's nothing to enjoy here.

The room was full, they said, because the app was down. Service was very poor too. The guard wasn't at the front desk, and when I contacted him, he didn't respond properly.
