It's okay.

The room was peaceful and really comfortable, and the location is near the busy area. I’d recommend staying here for a longer visit. 👍🏻 The service needs some work, though. During my extended stay, I asked the housekeeping guy with the broom to change my towel, but he sent me to reception. Nobody was there when I got there, and another guy eventually noticed me and brought one. It looked freshly washed but hadn’t been folded, like it had just come out of the machine. 🥹🙏🏻

I stayed in a Superior Room on the First Floor. The female receptionist could be snappy, and I hope that improves. The room also had some issues: mold on the walls, peeling paint, a very narrow toilet, and a door that often opened on its own, so I had to get the key changed repeatedly.

The suite itself was spacious, as you’d expect from a guest house Suite, but the facilities were mediocre. I booked it at 300,000 IDR/night and was told the day before that the rate had gone up to 350,000 IDR. I accepted that, but there were several other drawbacks. The parking area was rocky and not motorcycle-friendly, and it wasn’t clear whether it was for staff or guests. Wherever I parked, to the side or in the middle, the bike sank into the stones. The second-floor suite didn’t have the garden alley shown on TikTok, and its hallway felt dark when I arrived, with trash cans and clothes left to dry. The Wi-Fi was unusable for both nights, and I found out the guest Wi-Fi and Android TV were on different networks.
