It's a pleasant place, close to Palembang city hotspots. There's plenty of food right beside the hotel, plus a car wash and karaoke in the same area. A handy location if you're driving.

A very clean hotel, with clean rooms and a nice breakfast. The location is convenient for getting around, with restaurants nearby. The receptionist is always welcoming with a smile and responds well, and the other staff, including satparm, are super hospitable. A perfect place to stay.

This was my second stay. The first time, the receptionist lady spoke arrogantly when I asked to switch from a king bed to twin beds, but today she was nice and had a very good attitude. I did notice the TV was dirty and greasy, though.

We had a memorable stay in the happy family room, which had a double bed and a bunk bed. We brought our three kids, and they all had a good time. They loved the slides in the room, and our oldest was especially happy to have the top bunk to himself. The sheets and amenities were clean, and there were four towels and two TVs. We had a small issue with the curtain, but maintenance came right away even though it was late at night. The service was excellent.

We booked a day room, which cost more than the night room, and check-in was quick. The staff were friendly too. The room was fairly spacious, with clean sheets and four pillows, though there was no mini refrigerator. There are food and drink tenants beside the lobby, including a cafe, dimsum, pempek, and a bakery shop. There are various tenants in front of the hotel too. The downside is limited parking, with no signs saying parking is for hotel guests only.
