Collection O Bukit Kecil Near Palembang Indah Mall Formerly Hostel 77

There’s a supermarket along with lots of restaurants and food stalls at Palembang Indah Mall, one of the city’s biggest malls. Parking is my main concern: the spaces feel narrow, and at busy times it can take hours to find a spot. Still, it’s a pretty good place. Five stars, must come here.

There’s easy parking, and you can find eateries in the basement as well as on the top floor. It’s a nice, medium-sized mall, with a lot of Japanese restaurants that really caught my eye. Very good.

I’m visiting from Korea, and this was a really upsetting first experience at the mall. At stroberi on floor 1, I bought a new keychain and asked the workers to assemble it. It took a long time, and the phone strap keychain was poor quality for the price. The string broke not long after they made it. I went back hoping for a refund, but they refused and didn’t seem to listen to my explanation. I’d spent a good amount on it, and the way I was treated was upsetting. I hope they improve this in the future.

It’s like most malls: crowded but clean, with good parking and a wide range of goods. I still wonder why there’s motorcycle parking outside the building.
