They claimed my booking hadn't gone through and asked for more than the advertised price. The customer service was awful, and they tried to overcharge me. The rooms weren't much better: the first had a broken bed and no light, while the second had no hot shower or light. For the price, the hotel itself isn't too bad, but cleanliness was poor.

There were mosquitoes, and the staff seemed completely indifferent.
