I really liked how well-groomed and polite the front desk staff were. The bed was comfortable, the room service food was delicious, and the hotel is in a good spot with good service. The hot water was unreliable, though. Sometimes it worked for a second, then went cold again.

I hope you take this review as a chance to learn. Is it acceptable for an employee to play OmeTV while working at HOSPITALITY? If so, please tell him to speak nicely to people. He works in hospitality but doesn't have the right attitude. Best regards, Smith
