Denny and Candra at Lebar made me feel right at home. I came from Bombay, and even after a year they still remembered me and welcomed me with such warm smiles. They really showed the best hospitality at PLM. Rika at reception was very helpful too, and all the reception staff were excellent. Great job, all of you, and keep it up for every guest.

The breakfast was good, and I really liked the pool and outdoor area. The room booking was the letdown: I reserved a non-smoking room online ahead of time but was given a smoking one. They said all the non-smoking rooms were full and wouldn't move me. The hotel didn't look very busy, so I wondered if there were just very few non-smoking rooms, though I'm not sure. I agreed to have the room cleaned, which helped a little, but it still clearly smelled like a smoking room. Check what room you've been assigned when you arrive, and hopefully you'll have better luck.

My kids loved the stay so much that they said they wished they could live at the hotel forever. We chose a deluxe king room with a pool view, so I could watch them in the large, safe kids' pool from our room. The room was clean, the pillows were really comfortable, and there were lots of breakfast choices. We came for a staycation and plan to return soon. 🥰🥰

The check-in time listed on Tiket.com is 2 PM, but the hotel says 3 PM, even though 2 PM is common at most hotels. I also expected more complete amenities from a 4-star place. Things like a razor and body lotion are only available if you ask, and the shampoo and soap are Lifebuoy. To me, a 3-star rating would fit better than 4 stars.

The hotel felt spacious and was really clean. I especially appreciated how friendly and professional the FnB staff were while looking after me. They even arranged a birthday surprise for my mom, which meant a lot.
