I've stayed here for quite a while and think it's a good, very aesthetic hotel. It's family-friendly and close to the mall, and the rates are affordable for people wanting a family stay without spending too much.

The food was a pleasant surprise, with good meals at affordable prices, and breakfast includes nice Indonesian dishes. It's also a fairly new hotel: the toilet ceramics and fixtures still look shiny. The location is convenient within the Jakabaring sports arena area.

I had already paid after booking a room with two beds, and the booking ticket described that clearly. When I arrived, they only had one large bed. The service was very bad, and the AC wasn't working properly either. I wouldn't recommend it.

Only some of the food disappointed me. The sapo tofu was pale and seemed to be missing three important sauces. When it looks like that, it isn't really different from Cap cay.

OPI Indah Hotel is inside OPI Mall in Sungai Kedukan, Jakabaring, alongside OPI Wyndham Hotel, Palembang. It's clean, tidy, and beautiful, and I found it more satisfying and enjoyable than other regular hotels. The food is great, and the price is more affordable for millennials and business travelers. I'd give it four stars.
