When we checked in, the hotel clearly asked for our cell number, but after we left items and bags in the room at checkout, nobody contacted us about them. We called the hotel, and they said none of the items had been registered.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and attentive. There’s food and drinks at the front desk, plus an Alfamart nearby. For a budget stay, the facilities are really worth the price. I’d recommend it.

The sheets smelled all over, and the AC wasn’t cold. The cashier was unclear, and the male employees were rude to the owner. They really need to pay closer attention to the staff.
