Alpha Hotel Syariah by OYO Rooms

Of all the OYO hotels we've stayed in, this one was the best.

So far, it's been good.

Good value for the money.

The room was stuffy, smelly, and dirty, with a moldy mattress and a broken shower faucet that wouldn't let me adjust between hot and cold. It was a whole bundle of problems. I'm a regular here, but this is my last stay. I usually get soap and towels. When I checked in last night, they said soap was out of stock and being ordered online. There were no towels either. The laundry staff said they hadn't expected the inn to be busy, and although they said towels would be available, they couldn't say when. I hadn't brought toiletries because these things were normally provided. If they'd told me they weren't providing them anymore, I might have accepted that explanation. The rate was much higher than usual this time, too, and that's what I got. I think I can find a better inn.
