We left some baby clothes in the room, and the hotel quickly got in touch so we could collect them. They'd been packed carefully and kept in good condition. You can tell they take guest comfort seriously, and I’d happily come back. I really love this hotel, and hope the staff keep up the great work. Sending love to all of you! The lobby feels luxurious, with lovely lighting and a great atmosphere, and it smells wonderful. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of choices, and the staff are helpful and informative. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with a premium feel throughout. The bathroom was clean and convenient, and the smart TV included streaming services like Netflix. Palembang Icon is right across the road. I didn't have any major complaints. Carpet on the floors might help keep guests' feet warm, and the road outside sometimes floods in heavy rain.

The hotel is right in the city centre, and the food was perfectly acceptable. The staff spoke English and were polite and pleasant. I enjoyed my two-day stay, thought it was great value, and would stay here again.

Breakfast was the standout for me, with a huge range of fresh, tasty choices, from Indonesian dishes to Western favorites. The rooms were excellent and spotless too. A comfortable place to stay, and highly recommended for starting the day well.

Breakfast was a real treat, with plenty of dishes to choose from, including tasty local Palembang food, street snacks, and other cuisines. My room was roomy and comfortable, and I liked the Sensatia soap and shampoo. Those little details made a difference. The Arista is right in the city center, directly across from Palembang Icon Mall, so it was easy to get around and explore. For a five-star hotel, I found the price quite reasonable, which was a nice surprise. I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it.

The breakfast was great quality, with local Palembang dishes and other options, and the fitness center had a good range of equipment. This is an older hotel, but it's well maintained. The room was spacious, the bathroom a little small but fine, and the amenities were quite good. A really good choice when visiting Palembang.
