The hotel is close to Darussaid mosque and a large shopping mall, with plenty of nearby dinner options. Inside, there’s a musholla in the center of the hotel, a pool, and thoughtful items like hot and fresh water, a Sajadah, and the qibla direction. We stayed two nights. The staff gave good service and communicated in a warm, traditional Palembang way. The rooms aren’t very big, but they were clean enough. Breakfast had traditional dishes, plus a bread and omelette station. That station should be ready earlier, along with hot coffee and tea. The main drawback was the internet. The hotel was fully booked when I came, and with so many people using the wifi, the connection needs an upgrade.

I was there in June-July 2013 while the hotel was being remodeled. The staff were very polite and showed us extra kindness to make up for the disruption. Everything in the rooms we stayed in worked, and everyone was so kind. I’d plan to stay there again whenever we come to Palembang.

The manager was so kind, and I can’t thank them enough. Everyone at this hotel always had a smile, and the service was extremely warm. If you’re going to Palembang, I’d choose this hotel and expect a great stay.

For the price, the facilities and service are good. I did run into an issue during my stay because some facilities were under maintenance. I hope everything is ready when the Asian Games are held in palembang.
