Septi, who I believe is the guest relation officer, was especially sweet and nice. The staff were lovely overall. One of the best hotels in the city, and I highly recommend it after a great experience.

We really enjoyed our night here. The location is perfect, very close to the airport, and the rooms are comfortable. Reception and the rest of the staff were very friendly, with outstanding service.

Getting to this hotel in Palu is easy by bus or online taxi. I attended a meeting there, though, and the meeting room service needs work. No hotel staff stayed on standby in the room, so when technical problems came up, we had to wait a long time for someone to come.

Ms. Karin gave excellent service, and I absolutely loved my stay. Thanks for such a great experience!

The bathroom was Muslim-friendly, with a lower faucet in the shower area for ablutions. The room was fairly spacious, the facilities were complete, and the location is convenient near the airport. But the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly, and the gym's AC wasn't working at all, leaving it hot with no air circulation. The pool also needs to be cleaned every morning.
