For a group trip I booked six rooms through OYO, and mine turned out comfortable. It was clean, including the sheets and bathroom, the floor seemed well kept, and the hot and cold water, AC, and TV all worked. The toilet did leak a little, so I had to shut off the flush tap to avoid wasting water. Some of the other rooms had issues, and the hotel could use a renovation, though the service was pretty good. It’s a quiet spot for people who don’t like crowds, about a 10-minute walk from either the west or east coast. The central area worked well for gathering and having breakfast together. I also met the owner, who said they were looking for investors if possible. The price was very affordable. Hopefully they renovate and improve the facilities in all the rooms.

The price is fairly reasonable, but the non-AC rooms could use a sweep under the bed. Finding cockroaches there is unpleasant. Room B10 also has a broken bathroom door and holes in the roof.
