The rooms were clean and comfortable, though we had mosquitoes, so bring some mosquito spray. Food sellers could wander into the premises without anyone guiding them out, and some visitors might sit in front of the rooms while waiting to check in.

The CS was honest and quick to help when I asked for something, which is why I gave three stars. Otherwise, the room I got would have been one star for me. I had problems with the cleanliness, from the floor to the bathroom. There were lots of stains on the blanket, towel, and bed cover, like they hadn't been washed or replaced with clean ones. The balcony light was dead, so why was that room still given to me? If you're an OCD person, this place probably isn't for you, though it may be fine for travelers. Maybe you'll feel comfortable here if cleanliness doesn't bother you, but I didn't. :D I'm sorry.

The room wasn't ready, but they still accepted guests. The pillow thingy from Oyo smelled foul, the water didn't always run, the water knob was malfunctioning, and the bathroom door was really bad. That's just what I can remember. Is this supposed to be a 3 star hotel? I hope they can make real improvements.

The location is strategic and close to the west coast. The swimming pool was fairly clean, but the garden needs maintenance.
