The lobby was cool, clean, and comfortable, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained the toilets were. I had a great recent stay at Brits Hotel Pangkalan Bun. Rival was friendly and helpful when he brought a hairdryer to our room. The service has been amazing, especially from Mo Rohman, whose smile lights up the hotel. I look forward to staying here again :)

I’ve stayed at Brits Hotel a couple of times, and the staff have always been wonderful. They make me feel comfortable with their welcoming attitude, even across cultural differences and language barriers. Rizky was especially great during my stay. He kept the room clean and tidy, and I really appreciated his kindness and effort.
