The resort sits up in the hills, with a beautiful sunrise view and wonderfully fresh air. The rooms were very clean, the staff were really friendly, and the free breakfast was delicious. It's also cozy, and you can play pickleball on the tennis court.

We had a great retreat here. The weather was so lovely that we didn’t need air conditioning. Some rooms look a bit old, but they were still clean. A few outlets in our room didn’t work, which was a shame. The food was alright, though there wasn’t much choice. I’m not sure if other guests had a different selection.

The room was clean and worked well for our family holiday. It’s also close to Lembang Zoo, which makes this a good place to stay.

The area is quite nice, and I liked the idea of having an afternoon snack. The room was pleasant too, though the bathroom is hard to keep dry. There’s no shower door, and a wider partition could help stop water splashing out.

The surroundings are nice, and the rooms are of a good standard, though they’re relatively expensive for Indonesia. The bigger problem was the service. They hand out food and spa vouchers, but then staff say you can’t use them and charge the full price. It felt like a scam. Restaurant waiters barely responded when we tried to get their attention. The massage was poor as well, and I’m not sure the people doing it were actual therapists. Booking a room is fine, but I wouldn’t use the other facilities.
