The mini zoo was one reason I might come back, but I wouldn't stay here again unless the service improves. I rated it 3/5. The hotel is handy because it's on the main road, and my rate of around IDR 300,000 included breakfast for two. Still, at around IDR 500,000 a night, I expected much better for a family vacation. The pool is available and the mini zoo is nearby, but the rest fell short. The room wasn't clean enough, especially the bathroom. The toilet was dirty and had weak water pressure, the air conditioning didn't work properly, and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. Breakfast choices were limited and unappealing. The lift was under maintenance and still wasn't working properly. Staff handled complaints poorly. I hope management takes these problems seriously and improves things for future guests. If the service gets better, I may return for the mini zoo.

The balcony looked out over rice fields, and the room was clean. Ciwidey's cool weather made the lack of AC fine for me. Breakfast felt homemade, which is about what I'd expect from a two-star hotel. It worked well as a stopover while exploring Ciwidey.

The pool was dirty and basically unusable, and it took a very long time to clean. At 40 SGD a night, the downsides made this poor value. The outside and lobby look nicely decorated, but the problems show up after check-in. There was no AC or fan, just an air cooler that wasn't enough. The bathroom drainage was poor and sometimes smelled bad, while the shower pressure was too weak for a proper shower. Wi-Fi was very weak, almost nonexistent, so bring your own local SIM Card. Towels that were dirty or wet couldn't be changed until the next day. The room was dark, and people smoked in the corridors and other rooms. Breakfast was an ala carte set of fried rice, some fried chicken, and an egg. The staff seemed nice, but they didn't seem able to help beyond checking guests in. Book at your own risk.

The lobby looks nice, but the owner needs to make improvements soon if the hotel is to keep attracting customers. There's no water heater, and the rooms have an old design. The room has no AC, only a portable air cooler, which is different from what was mentioned when booking through the ag**a application. The bathroom wasn't as clean as a hotel should be, and the blanket smelled bad and didn't seem clean. The pillow was thin and uncomfortable. Room number 7 gets water leaking in from outside when it rains. Please improve these issues.
