The staff were friendly and efficient, and the cleanliness was excellent. The location is great too, right across from the mall. They might consider putting a minibar in each room. I’d also strongly suggest taking another look at the breakfast menu and taste.

For a budget hotel, I got more than I expected. The room was spacious enough, there was a welcome drink, and it even had a hair dryer, which not every budget hotel provides. The staff were very polite and helpful. My only concern was the WiFi. It wasn’t good enough for streaming on the TV, though YouTube worked fine on my phone. I’d recommend this as an affordable hotel for families.

The location is handy, close to Tol Pasir Koja, and Festival Citylink mall is right across the hotel, so you can walk over. The rooms have Netflix too, if you’d rather relax there. The room was comfortable enough, the food was satisfying, and the friendly staff and good cleanliness made it feel worth the price.

Room and service were worth the price. Ka Dila at the Front Desk was really helpful, even in the heavy rain when she still took the time to assist me. Very satisfied with my stay, and I’ll be back on my next business trip. Thank you, Ka Dila and team.

Not a bad hotel for the price. The showers soak the whole bathroom, and the pillows smelled.
