The villas are conveniently placed for getting to beaches and restaurants, while still far enough away for some peace and quiet. The only downside for us was that the villas sit close together, so we could often hear the neighbours. It wasn’t a problem for us, though, because quiet hours run from 22:00 to 08:00. We had a really enjoyable stay at Desa Harmonis this week. The accommodation is new, clean, beautiful, and unique. The pool was clean and pleasant, and the gorgeous gardens looked like they were maintained every day. Housekeepers came daily and did a great job, and the front desk staff always greeted us when we came and went. We had a great time and would definitely return.

The room wasn’t soundproof at all, with noise coming through the traditional roofs. I heard loud traffic, construction around the hotel, and roosters all night. I was in the villa closest to the road, and it faced a wall instead of the pool, which didn’t help. It was the loudest hotel I’ve ever experienced in bali, and the noise ruined the stay. There was no breakfast, food, massage, or any other service or amenities. I’m usually kind in my reviews, especially when the staff are friendly, but I can’t be this time. The rest was fine.

It was a great spot for a good deal, and I can’t wait to come back. I loved the indoor-outdoor feel, with birds and crickets audible while the AC kept things comfortable.

The area in front of our room turned into our favorite place to sit and unwind. We loved the room’s design, which gave the holiday a perfect vibe, and the sofa, bed, pillows, and other furnishings were so comfortable we barely wanted to leave them. We’re truly grateful for the wonderful memories this place gave us in Uluwatu.

It was a good place, but the room was a bit annoying. The roof shape inside the bedroom meant I hit my head several times. The stairs didn’t feel very safe, so be careful. They also need to clean the room more often, especially the bathroom.
