Hidden Hills Villa

We made memories for a lifetime on our book club trip, and we'd recommend Hidden Hills Villas to anyone wanting a pampering place to unwind with friends or family. The views from bed are a solid 10, and sunset from the pool was divine. The staff were INCREDIBLE, so thoughtful and attentive. What a treat to spend a week here. We'll be back!

Coming from Switzerland and spending time in Bali, this was exactly the escape we needed. We made beautiful memories here and are truly grateful. Hidden Hills is one of those places that stays with you after you leave. The sunset views are unreal, and the peaceful feel of the property made it easy to slow down and enjoy every moment. From the landscaping to the interiors, each corner seemed carefully designed. Everyone on staff was kind and attentive, and from the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcome. It honestly felt like somewhere we never wanted to leave.

Risma, Wira and Jastin were attentive and super helpful, and made my stay even better. The wine lounge stood out too, with a huge selection that wine lovers will appreciate. Hidden Hills Villa has a wonderfully relaxing feel, just right for unwinding. The food was absolutely delicious and everything felt thoughtfully put together. A peaceful, elevated escape in Bali, highly recommended.

It was still a pleasant stay away from busy Bali, and the service was good for most of our two nights. We did have delayed or missing replies on WhatsApp, which seemed to be the only way to contact the Butler team. A phone in the room might be more convenient. We couldn't try the SPA because we had trouble booking a suitable time. It might help to reserve some slots for staying guests instead of non-staying guests. As Hilton Honors Gold members, we also wondered if there could be some recognition, such as an upgrade to a pool villa, though none was available during our stay. We were given Villa St Tropez on arrival, and it was ready around 5 pm. The room sits just above the restaurant and has an amazing sea view, though the plants near the villa were so high that they blocked part of the view, perhaps for privacy. Its closeness to the restaurant also made it a bit noisy at night. The restaurant had a good view, but the menu felt too international and lacked local flavors and variety. We had breakfast in the room instead, but the choices were very limited. A buffet at the restaurant could be a good option, especially for Asian guests. We stayed for two nights at this tiny SLH hotel as our holiday home.
