The service was poor and they were extremely inflexible. It had a real negative effect on our trip: they charged us for a night we weren’t even staying and refused to refund it. I wouldn’t book with this company again.

The lack of hot water is why I’m giving it two stars. I tried to take a bath, but the water was lukewarm at first and then went completely cold. Both bathrooms were dirty.
