I stayed in February 2026 as a solo female traveler, and the location was really good. The balcony door lock worked. My room was next to the restaurant, but it seemed quiet, though maybe the rain covered up the other sounds. The rooms are very basic. When you shower, water gets all over the toilet too. They clean daily if you want. I was charged 400k for a late checkout, which felt very expensive compared with the price of a full night's stay.

The staff were kind and helpful, and we know the problem wasn't their fault. Still, we want other travelers to know what happened: there were ants in our bed when we arrived, and we couldn't stay for the whole reservation. We chose to leave early. We didn't want to write a negative review, but felt we should share this.

After a day at the beach, it was great to relax with Netflix, Disney, HBO, and other options on the TV. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location worked perfectly for us, close to both the beach and plenty of restaurants and cafes.

The damp smell hit me whenever I came into the room. I know that's common in Bali, but this was stronger than usual. On the plus side, the location is great and the staff are nice. It's an okay place overall, but I don't think the price should be any higher.

We were here for three weeks, and the stay was good on the whole. The staff were attentive and very helpful, and for hygiene there were no complaints: the room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Breakfast got boring because there wasn't much variety. Monkeys also came by almost every day, jumping into the pool and swimming. They were entertaining to watch, but it didn't feel very hygienic.
