The service was just average. My sheets were badly stained, there weren't any bath towels, and the sandals I'd left by the pool were gone.

We spent four days and three nights here while exploring the beaches. It was an okay stay. The front desk staff were helpful, and the room was spacious, but it smelled bad. Hot water lasted about 30 seconds, then stayed lukewarm. There was mold on the wall and the ceiling leaked day and night. The shared kitchen was usable, with utensils available, but the shared dining room was always occupied, so eating or working there was nearly impossible. Wi-Fi was very weak. The pool was fine for sunbathing, though I wouldn't swim in it and wasn't sure about the water. The best thing about the building was its two dogs, a husky and a Balinese dog. They were super cute! 😍❤️

Julie, the hotel manager, gave us five-star service and was great. We ended up extending our stay from one night to a month. The rooms were roomy, nice, and clean. The pool was clean and lovely, with sun all day, and the rooftop had a 360-degree view that was perfect at sunset.

The staff did help carry our luggage, but the hotel itself was just okay. The bed was dirty and the cover hadn't been changed. When we asked about it, they asked how long we planned to stay, which didn't seem relevant.
