The worst part was the staff. They were so rude, I've never had anything like it. At 10 pm, after I called reception about the stained bed, the man was rude instead of apologizing or changing the sheets. I had to practically force him to replace them, and I had no other option but to stay. The room was a big letdown compared with the photos. Paint was peeling, the walls were filthy, and the bed was covered in stains, as if someone had just done something on it. The bathroom was very dirty too, with used, filthy towels. At check-in, the person there was unpleasant and explained nothing. I had to drag information out of him.

We chose this place for its proximity to Uluwatu. The pool was nice and the facilities were generally clean, but our bathroom in room 106 smelled strongly of sewage and the odor never went away. I don't know how they could be unaware of it and not fix it. There was a lot of construction nearby, though the noise didn't bother us.

We only stayed for two nights, so the room being a little small wasn't an issue. It was clean when we arrived and was cleaned every day. The street-facing room was very noisy. The towels were all stained and didn't look or smell properly cleaned and sanitized. It seems like this is a problem everywhere in Bali. I don't think they know how to properly sanitize bedding and towels, with very hot water and bleach. At night, the drainage smelled horrible.

A big thanks to Geday and the two other staff members on rotation who helped us book tickets for the Kecak dance. Our bathroom amenities were refilled, and the room was cleaned every day. We'd recommend this villa to friends and family as a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle.

The room was really small, with cracks in the walls, and there was no fridge. The sheets, cover, and towels were stained. The bathroom was very dirty and smelled awful. The shower sink wasn't working, so the whole bathroom turned into a pool of water. I wouldn't recommend it.
