Choosing this venue for our wedding made us incredibly happy. The day was fantastic from start to finish, and the whole experience went far beyond what we expected. Ayu and the team deserve a huge thank you. The venue looked stunning with beautiful decorations, the food was outstanding, and the staff made sure there were enough comfortable rooms for all our guests. They were generous with what they offered, which made it unbelievable value. The service was excellent too: they responded quickly to every request and kept going above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly. Our wedding here was beautiful and perfect in every way.

The peaceful location is nice for a relaxing getaway, and the pool was pleasant too. We also found the shuttle to the main gate and Dream Beach very convenient. Our Executive Suite at Swiss-Belresort Pecatu, Uluwatu was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel seemed well maintained. Luken was especially kind and supportive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The suite window had quite a limited view, while standard rooms seemed to have better views and balconies. It is a bit far from major attractions and beaches, so a scooter or driver helps. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The beds are enormous and so comfortable, and the staff always make each visit easy. I’ve returned to this hotel several times when I’m in Uluwatu, and I love it. The reception team is friendly and ready to help, and the whole housekeeping crew is lovely. Special thanks to Wishnu for being so thoughtful and kind. I’m always happy here and keep recommending the place to friends. No regrets 🤍

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the setting is lovely. We stopped for a drink in the late afternoon after a long day out, using the downstairs pool area while the bar was upstairs on the mezzanine. We had to approach staff twice before anyone took notice, then waited over 10 minutes for beers. The bar staff seemed far more interested in chatting with each other than serving us. Maybe guests staying at the hotel get better service, but as tired, thirsty walk-ins we felt ignored. We left after one round and went elsewhere. There are plenty of nearby places with friendly, excellent service, so there’s no need to settle for this.

Lina gave us an exceptionally good Lavender Balinese Massage, definitely a highlight of our visit. We spent three days at Swissbel resort at Pecatu and had a great time. The staff were wonderful, housekeeping did a great job, and the buffet breakfast was different each day and always good. Thanks, Swissbel resort Pecatu, for a lovely stay.
